Returns and Refund Policy

At Nisa Jewellery Store, we are committed to providing you with exquisite jewellery pieces that surpass your expectations. While each item is thoroughly inspected before shipment, we understand that there may be instances where you need to make a return or request an exchange. Please read the following information carefully to understand our Returns and Refunds Policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs

All our Silver Jewellery must be unworn and in its original condition in order to be eligible for a return. It should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alterations. You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order.  

If you would like to exchange your silver jewelry for a different item, please let us know during the return authorization process. We will guide you through the exchange process.

All our 18K Gold Jewellery will be eligible for a return or exchange if it does not match the specifications of what you ordered. If you receive an item that is not as described or in a case of any manufacturing fault or damage during shipping that affects the quality or appearance of the item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will be happy to arrange an exchange.

To receive a refund/exchange, all goods with their original packaging and certificates must be returned and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

2. Made-to-Order Items

Every piece of Gold jewellery we offer is made-to-order, customized to your specific preferences, size, and requirements. As a result, no exchange or refund will be available other than for the reasons mentioned above.

However, if there is a mistake on our part, we will gladly exchange the item and correct the error.

3. Cancellation for Made-to-Order Items

For items that are made to order, a minimum cancellation charge of 50% of the sale price of the item purchased will apply. This charge covers production costs and any potential loss of business due to the cancellation.

If you wish to cancel a made-to-order item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. No Change of Mind Returns

We strictly do not accept returns for change of mind for our made to order Gold jewellery. As each item is customized to your specific requirements, we cannot resell or restock them. Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully consider your order before placing it. 

5. Initiate the Return/Exchange/Repair/Cancellation Process

6. Return Shipping

If the return or exchange is due to our error, such as a mismatched/defective item or manufacturing fault, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if you wish to return the item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. Timeline for Returns/Exchanges/Repairs

Please contact us within the specified timeframes mentioned above to initiate a return, exchange, or repair. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to process your request.

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, we have implemented a policy regarding the return of earrings.

Due to hygienic reasons and for the health and safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. This policy is in place to guarantee that every pair of earrings you receive from us is brand new and has never been worn by another customer.
