Store each piece separately in the pouches/boxes provided to avoid scratches and tangling.

All orders exceeding $50 will be eligible for free delivery anywhere in Australia.
Flat Rate Shipping
For orders below $50, a flat shipping charge of $7 will be applied.
Same-Day Dispatch
All in-stock jewelry items will be dispatched on the same day of your order, provided it is placed on a working day. Orders placed on non-working days will be dispatched on the next business day.
To be eligible for a return, the silver jewellery item must be unworn and in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging and have proof of purchase. It should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order.
We cannot accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or are faulty.

While it may take approximately 4-5 weeks or 25 business days for your creation to be completed, we assure you that the wait is worth it.
